1.What’s your cancellation policy?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you place an order. If the production hasn’t been made, we are happy to cancel the order. Once production has begun, cancellation that is made will subject to 30% restocking fee, based on item’s price. This means that we will only refund you partially, giving you
back the 70% of the payment made. The reason is because the item is made to order, it can no longer resold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost and handling fee.
However, our team deliver goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, your order may already be in transit, in which case we will not be able to cancel your order.
If you cannot cancel your order, but you still do not like it, and want to return / exchange it, our customer service department will be happy to help you
2.What if I would like to change my order/personalization?
Please contact customer service within 24 hours after you place an order. We can change your order if the order hasn’t been shipped. But no changed can be made once the item has been shipped out.
3.What if the personalizer on product page cannot meet my need?
If you want to engrave symbols, or you have different ideas on how to custom your item, please contact our customer service.
4.How long is the production time?
About 3-5 business days.
5.I received my item but it doesn’t look like what I expected.

We provide two types of shipping.One is the standard shipping(Free for most place in the world), which will take 8-14 shipping days to arrive. Another one is expedited shipping( 29.99 extra fees) which will take 3-6 shipping days to arrive.You can choose the shipping at checkout.
