How to get a personalized memorial jewelry

To better remember your departed loved one, Fanerysue offers customizable memorial jewelry that gives a beautiful and special symbol of this deepest sympathy. Names, dates, special words, Roman numerals, coordinates, symbols (e.g. heart, moon, star, etc.) can all be customized. For complex symbols, please contact us by phone/email after placing the order.


If you use the computer, upload a picture (if any), submit the text/symbol you want to customize and choose the font. Choose whether you want greeting cards and gift boxes according to your needs.

If you don't want to customize a message, please fill in N/A. We also support customized special symbols, please contact us to discuss the details and assist you in placing the order. We will make it for you as soon as we receive the information. If you would like to change your customized information or address after placing your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, there is no way to change the customization information or address, nor you can cancel the order or return the goods.

3. Can a keepsake urn be used to hold the ashes of an entire dog or cat?

No, only a small portion can be held to honor a beloved pet.

4. Does the jewelry contain heavy metals?

No. Our jewelry has been tested by the professional organization, it is non-toxic and safe for anyone to wear.

5. What shipping methods are offered?

Standard shipping and expedited shipping.

6. How long does it take to produce the product and how long does it take for delivery?

Production time: 1-3 days. Standard shipping time: 11-19 days; Expedited shipping time: 5-8 days

7. What should I do if I am not satisfied with the quality of the images after receiving the product?

① If the quality of the uploaded image is good, but the poor result is due to a problem in our production, we can provide a free remake until you are satisfied.

② If the quality of the uploaded image is blurry or low resolution, please accept the blurry effect caused by the image. Before placing an order, please make sure that you are uploading an image with high resolution and a pixel size of 1000x1000.

8. Is it possible to cancel the order after placing it?

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order, if it has not been produced yet you can cancel it, once it is produced, the order cannot be canceled, but we support the change of the customization information.

9. Is it possible to speed up the order?

If the item is not shipped yet, you can change the shipping method, but you need to pay $29.99 expediting fee. If the product is shipped, we do not support to change the shipping method.

After Ordering

1. How do I care for my jewelry?
  • Rinse with mild soapy water or water and dry thoroughly.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals (e.g. detergent, shower gel, etc.)
  • Wipe off when sweating to avoid corrosion.
  • Please take it off when taking a bath or swimming to avoid the chemicals in seawater or shower gel corroding the product and making it lose its luster.

Yes, we provide free replacement within one year. Except for special circumstances:

1. Normal wear and tear, aging

3. What should I do if I receive the goods with incorrect customization information, and miss items & accessories, or the goods are not as expected or even damaged?

If you receive an item with incorrect customization information/missing items or accessories/not as expected, please contact us and send us a photo of the defective product to confirm the fact and we will provide a solution (resend or refund).

2. The parcel shows delivered but not received/ the logistics has not been updated?

If you found that the parcel has been delivered but you don’t receive or the logistics information has not been updated for a long time, please contact us in time, we will help to assist in finding the parcel. If the package is lost, we will send you a new product.

3. Can I cancel the order if the goods are not delivered?

Customized items are non-refundable for non-quality issues.
