All items on our website are made-to-order, which means we create each product just for you, one at a time, to ensure the best possible quality. Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office (New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. The delivery service will provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and all required information to track your package. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn't updated within the standard time frame listed above, please contact our customer support team, and we will help you locate your order.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and unexpected charges are not included in our shipping fees. These charges vary from country to country, and we are not responsible for them. We recommend contacting your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.

Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if the parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
